TRAINING MADE SIMPLE
The Force USA® MyRack fully adjustable Cable Crossover attachment is a must for those wanting to add another dimension to their MyRack. Each upright of the Cable Crossover has 28 adjustable height settings with laser engraved numbers for simple and easy training. The single-hand pop-pin adjustments make it easy to move the pulley up and down the shaft. The upper connecting tube shown below makes a great place for the storage of bands or other training accessories.
PACKED WITH FEATURES
The MyRack Cable Crossover comes with a built-in foldable footplate for added stability during low rows. Simply flip it open, adjust the cable pulley toward the bottom, sit on the floor, position your feet on the plate, and then start rowing. The included Single Stirrup Handle allows for a wide range of exercises to be performed. Combine this with other attachments such as Tricep Rope, Close Grip Triangle and Tricep Press Down Bar for an even wider array of exercise options.
The two (one each side) plate holders are suitable for Standard Weight Plates (32mm) or Olympic Weight Plates (50mm) with the use of included adapters. The weight plate holders have been ergonomically angled to allow for extra weight and added safety when training.

The MyRack Cable Crossover attachment is fully interchangeable on both sides of the rack. You’ll have the option to purchase one attachment for a single side or two attachments allowing for a huge variety of exercises such as:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We support the quality of our equipment and offer an industry-leading guarantee for all our products, which gives you peace of mind when choosing any Force USA product.
The guarantees will only be valid for the original buyer with proof of receipt and a valid order number. Guarantees cannot be transferred.
Products that became unusable for the prolonged use and reach their useful life won't be accepted for warranty due to normal usage.
Shipments
Shipments, except for special orders, usually take from 10 to 15 working days.
For greater efficiency, the carrier will always call you before delivery.
If it doesn't find you, it will leave you a note with a phone number to agree on a future date and convenient time.

NOTE
We do not assume any additional costs that may arise during shipment in the event that standard delivery is not possible due to access restrictions and additional handling is required. We reserve the right to request an additional cost to cover expenses arising from the hiring of cranes, additional personnel, adapted vehicles or other similar circumstances.
In the event that the delivery truck is unable to reach the specified address, the delivery will be made at the nearest and most accessible point. If you would like another special delivery service, you will have to request an additional quote, at your own expense.
